What are your favorites??

Mine?? The solo in Walk the Plank on the DVD for the Montreal '84 concert is amazing. It blows me away every time I see it..

Mine would definitely be the one at the end of Blow Away which also happens to be my favorite Spoons song.

i love 'em all : )

i remember when we recorded
SFN, i really loved the solo
in For Tran- i still do.
it has a great sound, and sort
of reminds me of Mark Knopfler-very classy.

yeah, Walk The Plank is quite a guitar masterpiece too....

and I love the little octave solo in No More Growing Up,
right before the second verse.....so cool!

My fave is still the solo from Symmetry. Gord used to go nuts with that one...still does.

'No Electrons' is definitely my all time fave, as you know, Rob. Thanks for that!

So much great Gord guitar...so difficult to really choose.

Speaking of which..I always wondered if Gord (or you) programmed in Fortran back in the day? As a computer programmer, I have a soft spot for this song..

………

oh yes - Sandy was/is the programmer!!!

i always remember one of our first photo
shoots was at an office in Hamilton
where she worked, surrounded by all these
giant computers-we were wearing black and grey outfits too-
looking a bit like something from Star Trek..... : )

i've sacrified my mind fortran. for tran.
